e-WHMIS collects information (such as your name, mailing address, email address and phone and credit card numbers) that you provide when you place an order with us. We collect this information for the sole purpose of processing an online purchase, to maintain records to demonstrate that an individual or his/her employer have paid for training and that an individual has completed the course and the test results for the individual.

Rest assured, under no circumstance will e-WHMIS share or sell this information to a third party unless required to do so by law or expressly instructed to do so in writing by the client. e-WHMIS simply maintains and uses this information to serve as a client record.

When you make an online purchase from e-WHMIS, we use your information to process your order. We will also send you an email to confirm your order, and we may need to contact you via phone, postal mail or email if we have questions regarding your order. In addition, you may be automatically registered to receive email updates about our related products, services, and promotions.

We may occasionally send you an email to help us learn more about your ongoing training requirements. In addition, we may use information about your interests and purchases to help us improve our site design and training modules.

If at any time you would like to be removed from our email or postal mailing lists, feel free to contact e-WHMIS Client Services via email. Please be aware that it may take six to eight weeks to remove you from our list.
